The Heartbeat of a 40-Year Journey

"My path has never been a straight line; it has been a pioneering journey through the worlds of logic, creativity, and care.

  • The Logic (20 Years in Tech & Recruitment): Decades ago, I moved to the United States to study Computer Science during the first great wave of computerisation. In the cold logic of those computer rooms, I learned that when a system crashes, we don't judge it—we find the 'bug'. This was the seed of The IVA Method™.
  • The Expression (20 Years in the Arts): I then spent two decades in the vibrant world of art business. Interacting with people from all walks of life taught me that while logic provides the structure, it is the heartbeat of human expression that provides the meaning.
  • The Empathy (3 Years in Social Service): My journey eventually led me to the front lines of social service, working with children and those facing trauma. Here, I saw how 'Mental Noise' and 'Internal Friction' can weigh down the human spirit, leading to what I call the Internal Friction Tax™.

The Arrival: From Computerisation to AI-sation Today, as we face the new wave of AI-sation, I see history repeating itself. Many feel the same fear now that people felt decades ago during computerisation. But I offer a unique perspective: you don't need to fear the machine; you only need to master the 'software' of your own inner voice.

I created The IVA Method™ as a surgical 3-phase protocol to help you 'debug' your thoughts and return to your System Default™—the state of clarity and peace you were born with."
